Atriplex leptophylla

Prostrate short-lived perennial spread to 1.5m diameter. Also found in SA, Qld and NSW. Locally common on heavier, often saline soils in depressions, lake beds and river flats in the north-west with disjunct occurrences in the northern Whipstick forests, Bendigo areas and near Sydenham (a western suburb of Melbourne). Fruits most of the year.
